What We Do:
Since 2004, CFPIC has worked with colleagues in virtually all of California’s 58 counties and innumerable allied organizations to identify and spread “what works” to achieve improved outcomes for families and individuals that come in contact with county welfare agencies. CFPIC’s array of services and supports includes extensive expertise in the following areas:
- Facilitation of meetings, workgroups, stakeholders and advisory boards
- Management of regional and statewide human service projects and programs
- Implementation and strategic planning
- Providing expert consultation and technical assistance
