Continuum of Care Reform

Background

Since the passage of California’s Continuum of Care Reform (CCR) legislation in 2014, CFPIC has worked with state and county child welfare leadership in facilitating many dozens of meetings and leading multiple workgroups that have supported the development of implementation tools and processes for this systemic reform. Some examples of these CCR workgroups include the State/County Implementation Committee, the CCR Assessments Workgroup, the Child and Family Services Division (CFSD) CCR Work Plan Development Committee and the Level of Care Assessment Workgroup.
