Preventing and Addressing Child Trafficking (PACT)
PACT’s peer network of Child Welfare agencies and multi-disciplinary partners are dedicated to collaboration, with a shared vision to transform California’s response to child trafficking.
Our capacity-building platform facilitates coordination across counties and offers local leaders access to critical resources, customized training, and coaching support improving services to youth at risk of or experiencing commercial sexual exploitation and/or labor trafficking. A diverse team of staff and consultants with subject matter expertise and lived experience are critical guides to inform our work.
