Join Our Team: Now Hiring PACT Program Director

The Preventing & Addressing Child Trafficking (PACT) Program is looking for a Program Director to lead a statewide effort supporting over 45 county child welfare programs.

In this role, you’ll manage a dynamic, trauma-informed team, work with state and local partners, and help shape California’s response to child trafficking. You’ll oversee training, coordinate resources, and ensure counties have the tools they need to prevent and respond to trafficking effectively.

We’re looking for someone with leadership experience in human services, a strong grasp of project management, and a commitment to collaboration. A background in social work (or similar field) is required, and lived experience is highly valued.
