Ayaan Jones is the Project Associate on the YEP team. With over 12 years of experience working in the child welfare system and youth leadership development programs in three states, Ayaan has gone from direct care work with Youth Villages in Tennessee to being a Program Director of a youth leadership development program and Program Services Coordinator for GA CASA in her home state of Georgia, supporting Georgia’s 45 CASA programs. Most recently, as Advocacy Supervisor for the San Diego CASA program, Ayaan supported volunteers advocating for the best interest of children in foster care. Ayaan enjoys exploring Southern California and its various cuisines and one day hopes to road trip the whole state with her husband.
