Stacy is the inaugural Project Director leading Research and Evaluation to leverage CFPIC’s next twenty years of service into measurable outcomes. Over her career, Stacy has conducted data-driven research and blended-evaluation, and has consulted and provided training and technical assistance, for government, healthcare providers, universities, nonprofits, and social service agencies across California. Stacy specializes in leading culturally responsive qualitative research and evaluation projects through strategic planning, systems change, needs assessments, formative and summative assessments, and
annual outcome evaluations. The through-line of her work has been focused on actionable systems change efforts to promote health equity, racial justice, and trauma-responsive solutions to achieve transformative justice for children, youth, and families facing vulnerable circumstances. Stacy lives in Sacramento, and enjoys practicing yoga, somatic movement, and scenic walks (near water) with her children.
