She/Her[/vc_custom_heading][vc_column_text text_lead=”yes” uncode_shortcode_id=”709270″]Tracy is the Project Director overseeing the New Child Welfare Directors’ Development Program (NCWDDP) since its inception in 2019. Prior to this role, Tracy was with the County of San Luis Obispo for 27 years, retiring as the Assistant Director of Social Services in December 2018. Over her career, Tracy has actively participated in state-wide efforts to address the commercial sexual exploitation of children; homelessness of children, families, and individuals; and a positive future through higher education for youth in the foster care and justice systems. Through her work, Tracy is committed to supporting child welfare leaders as they come together to meet the needs of children and families in the child welfare system of care. Tracy resides at the beach in San Luis Obispo County. She loves spending time with her family and friends and learning about self and others by traveling the world as much as possible.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row]
