Hi, I’m Sarah Hughes, and I am incredibly passionate about making a difference in the lives of foster youth in my county. I find great fulfillment in working alongside the county to bring positive change and support to these young individuals.

As a resident of Butte County, I have dedicated myself to advocating for and assisting foster youth. It is my heartfelt belief that every child deserves a loving and stable environment, and I am committed to ensuring they receive the care and opportunities they deserve.
