Linkages Convening 2026: Building Bridges for Families

Thank you to everyone who joined us in Sacramento for the 2026 Linkages Statewide Convening: Building Bridges for Families.

Over two days, counties from across California came together to share strategies, strengthen partnerships, and advance prevention-focused, family-centered practice through collaboration across systems.

This year’s convening included:

• Regional networking and peer learning opportunities
• Findings from the Linkages 2.0 Evaluation
