Community Pathway Framework Brief

The purpose of this document is to outline the Community Pathway Framework, developed by the Community Pathway Advisory Subcommittee in collaboration with the California Department of Social Services, Tribal representatives, lived experts, and a variety of community and other governmental partners. The framework aims to provide recommendations and approaches to establish equitable and integrated support systems for families through a "no wrong door" approach, ensuring access to prevention services through building cross-sector partnerships across different levels including community, local child- and family-serving agencies, and other governmental partners throughout California.

California's Family First Prevention Services (FFPS) Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Plan

In alignment with state and federal requirements, the FFPS CQI Plan was developed by Chapin Hall in collaboration with CDSS, the FFPS CQI Subcommittee and a variety of county staff and partners. The FFPS CQI Plan was developed to provide county leadership and staff with a clear framework for prioritizing goals and driving performance improvement within the FFPS Program. The Plan is still being reviewed by additional statewide partners and may be modified before releasing via formal guidance. Evidence-Based Program (EBP) Resources

EBP Training Requirements & Other Resources

The following document includes two (2) tabs that provide additional information on the associated requirements with each of the 10 EBPs included within California's 5-Year State Prevention Plan. The Training Requirements (tab 1) describe all of the requirements for training the EBPs to fidelity along with additional notes to consider for training. The Report Costs (tab 2) describe the type of reports, frequency, and costs associated with each of the EBP purveyor reports to support tracking of EBP data and outcomes.
