We’re Hiring: Program Associates

At CFPIC, we know systems change is strongest when lived and professional expertise come together. Lived experts bring perspectives, knowledge and insights that are essential to understanding the systems we work to improve, and we are committed to creating meaningful opportunities for that expertise to shape our work.

These roles will support CFPIC programs working alongside counties, youth, child welfare professionals and other human services partners across California. Both positions will contribute to capacity-building, collaboration, technical assistance and systems change, while ensuring that the voices and expertise of people with lived experience are meaningfully reflected in the work.

We anticipate filling these as two part-time positions but would consider a candidate who is a strong fit for both roles for a combined full-time position.
